AC Service – Job Description
- Inspect the indoor and outdoor AC units.
- Clean the air filters and drain tray.
- Flush the drain line.
- Check electrical connections and refrigerant pressure.
- Inspect the fan motor, blower, and thermostat.
- Clean the outdoor condenser surface.
- Gas Top-up
- Test and verify proper cooling performance.
Note: Preventive maintenance only. Repairs, coil cleaning, duct cleaning, and replacement parts are excluded.
